2017 ANNUAL MINISTRY APPEAL (AMA) “One Faith, One Family” A Community of Faith, Hope & Love Our Goal this year is: $16,100 The AMA helps fund the programs and services of the ministries of our Diocese of Monterey. Meeting our goal will allow the continuation of these valuable programs and services from which we all benefit. This week everyone should receive a letter and contribution envelope in the mail. Fill out the envelope with your personal information, place your money or check in the enve-lope and drop in the collection basket. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL THE ENVELOPE: DROP IT IN THE COLLECTION BASKET OR RETURN TO OFFICE. If you do not receive an envelope in the mail there will be extra on the table under the bulletin board in the church foyer.
Youth and adults are invited to serve at our liturgies. Training is provided throughout the year.

Join with fellow parishioners striving to embrace faith through prayer, reflection, and education. Classes are a 6-7 week commitment based on a specific book of the Bible, on a rotating basis.

ESTERO BAY ALLIANCE FOR CARE
Estero Bay Alliance for Care is an all volunteer network of organizations and individuals dedicated to enhance the quality of life for local homeless and in-need citizens through outreach, education and liaison with appropriate agencies and organizations.
St. Timothy's was a founding member of this Alliance which meets monthly. A major accomplishment is the Monday night Community Dinner at the Vets Hall, beginning at 5 pm. St. Timothy's sponsors the meal on the 2nd Monday of every month.

EUCHARIST FOR THE HOMEBOUND
The Ministry to the Homebound provides the Eucharist to those who are unable to join the community at Mass, either temporarily or for an extended period. Every Monday volunteers gather Catholic residents at the local nursing to celebrate Mass. Every Tuesday morning lay ministers visit parishioners bringing them Communion in their homes. FABULOUS FINDS 501 (c)(3)
St. Timothy’s Fabulous Finds Thrift/Collectible store is a unique ministry whose core principal is "love thy neighbor.” Its mission focuses on community service, student scholarship and seniors. It is totally non-profit (We pay no salaries. Our overhead consists of rent, utilities, and taxes only.), all workers are volunteers, all items are donated, and funds earned are used for the mission of the ministry.

FEED MY SHEEP PANTRY
A parish-wide ministry that invites the participation of all parishioners and visitors. Everyone is welcome to donate clothing and food for those in need. Please place your donations in the chest in the vestibule at the church entrance. We are especially in need of canned items: soup, meats, pasta, stew, chili, and vegetables. All canned items should have pop-off lids.

Tenemos una misa en español cada sabado a las siete de la tarde. Tenemos también un grupo Guadalupano que se reune el día primero de cada mes a rezar el santo rosario en honor a la Virgen y a la divina providencia. The mission of the Guild is to beautify the sanctuary and the church, to promote the spiritual and social welfare of its members through retreats, ecumenical and social activities and social projects. This coming year the Guild hopes to focus on an expanding role of women in the parish and the Church.
